In-Person: 29 days before Election Day, or on the next immediate business day if the deadline falls on a legal holiday or weekend.

By Mail: Postmarked 29 days before Election Day, or on the next immediate business day if the deadline falls on a legal holiday or weekend.

Online: 29 days before Election Day, or on the next immediate business day if the deadline falls on a legal holiday or weekend.

Voter ID Law

ID required

If neither a photo ID or two forms of non-photo ID can be presented, a provisional ballot can be cast and counted, only if an ID is shown within five days.

Time Off to Vote?

Paid time off.

No more than three hours off allowed during their shift (including the time between the shift starting and the polls opening/closing), and only permitted if their shift starts before the polls have been open for three hours and ends less than three hours before polls close.
