By Mail: Postmarked 30 days before Election Day and received 27 days before Election Day.

Voter ID Law
If a voter is unable to provide ID, they can request a “Polling Place Elector ID” form or fill out a provisional ballot which will be counted by providing acceptable ID to the county election office by 5:00 p.m. the day after the election, or mailing it to the county election office postmarked by the day after the election.
