Voter Registration Deadlines
North Dakota does not have voter registration! Wild! You simply need to bring valid proof of ID and residency to the polls in order to vote.
Voter ID Law
A voter may cast a ballot that is set aside in a sealed envelope. The ballot is counted in the voter provides valid identification within six days of the election.

Employers are encouraged to give employees time to go vote, but there is no mandate.
