Voter Registration Deadlines
In-Person: 25 days before Election Day.
By Mail: Postmarked 25 days before Election Day.
Online: 25 days before Election Day.
Voter ID Law
If voters are unable to provide either an ID or document confirming their address (e.g., utility bill), a provisional ballot can be cast that will not be counted until approved by Election Board officials.
Time Off to Vote?
Paid time off.
Voters are entitled to three hours to vote or have their shift scheduled to start three hours after polls open. Employees must request the time off before election day and show proof of voting.
