Voter ID Law
An exception to the ID request can be made if: a voter with ID can sign an affidavit confirming the voters identity, a poll worker knows the voter, or the voter is a resident of state care facilities.
Time Off to Vote?
Paid time off.
Employees are allowed up to three hours to vote during their shift, which the employer may schedule. Request for time off must be made three days in advance.
